Key areas of accountability:
New product introduction
1.	Responsible for new product process/jig /fixture design.
2.	Responsible for new product document preparation.（PPAP process documents）
3.	Responsible for new product trail run process issue problem solving.
4.	Co-work with project team and ensure new product meet project goal. （Timing/Quality/Efficiency）
5.	Co-work with mass production team to ensure new product meet ramp up plan.
6.	Identify key dimension in the drawing which is critical to quality and efficiency.
7. Organize jig and fixture design review meeting before place order to supplier for fabrication.

Mass production 
1.	Maintain the process document (PPAP, Routing, WI,3P etc) of mass production line.
2.	Maintain the production efficiency via line balance, automation/new technology introduction to optimize efficiency and meet 4YR plan goal.
3.	Lead the production line problem solving via contain action and corrective action.
4.	Lead the capability improvement actives of production line via copy production line, product transfer and UPH improvement etc, ensure the product line capability always meet business requirement.
5.	Co-work with production/ quality team deal with customer complaint. 
6.	Co-work with QE or customer team to successfully complete the customer's audit work.
7. Transfer technical know-how and trouble shooting skills from Development to manufacturing on jigs.

P+ project management
Lead the team to improvement DL efficiency via product transfer, UPH improvement, line balance and Automation etc, ensure the saving amount meet budget requirement.


Qualification:	
1.	Academic / Professional Qualification:  Min Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Acoustical.
2.	Working Experience: more than 5 years’ experience in related industry, preferably in speaker industry.
3.	Expertise / Skills: Knowledge of problem-solving tool like SE, DOE, and tolerance analysis. Have to use ProE and CAD to design jigs & fixture.
4.	Language skills: Ability to converse in English.
5.	Personal Attributes: Team player, clear and concise in communication, following up in details.
