Description:
The position holder is responsible to work as project leader of new development projects from key customers.  He or She will take leadership to initiate the project from the very beginning means the project RFQ evaluation to the end means project is being qualified and transferred. During the period of project development, project manager needs to work out time frame with all related departments and coordinate them to success. That means to work with customers very closely, get the customers’ requirements done properly and timely. Further on lead team to accomplish the target such to achieve the project goals, milestones, and expectations set up by managements. In the mean time, work on the quotation, Invoice, payments and custom clearance issues etc to meet the project need, finally bring in the target revenues and profits for company. 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.	Projects status review and progress monitor 
2.	Action plan implement and follow-up 
3.	Identification of potential issue that may impact new products development 
4.	Products development issue and barrier discussion, and resolutions 
5.	Project team review meeting, status update, and new action plans
6.	New tooling development and samples to customer on time.
7.	Prepare quotation to customers. According to the customer payment terms and project schedule to release the invoice to customer.
8.	Project risk management (mitigation solution and contingency plan)
REQUIREMENTS: 
1.	 (Must have) Strong Ownership with driving, pushing, and executing ability.
2.	(Must have) Organized, planned, and proactive to lead a project and a team
3.	Bachelor degree is preferred. With mechanical engineering major, But English major is also OK.
4.	 With at least 2 years project management experience in the electronic connectors or relevant field.
5.	 Be familiar with electronic connector development process (Molding, Stamping, Plating and assembly)
6.	Good communication skills and managerial methodology.
7.	Good commands at English in speaking and writing.
8.	Good team work and leadership talent or skill.
