Key Responsibilities / 主要職責(zé)
1. Project leadership & coordination
? Act as primary mould engineering representative in cross-functional project teams (PM, QA, Process, Production). Track schedules and drive on-time FOT/SAT and tooling transfer.
? 作為跨部門(mén)項(xiàng)目組的模具技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人，協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，推動(dòng)試模（FOT）/生產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證（SAT）及模具移轉(zhuǎn)按計(jì)劃完成。
2. Design for Manufacturability & Design Review
? Conduct DPRs (design producibility reviews), review/approve mould designs, provide improvement proposals (e.g., parting, cooling, gating, draft, material saving, cosmetics). Use CAD/CAM outputs to validate manufacturability.
? 組織產(chǎn)品可制造性評(píng)審，審核并批準(zhǔn)模具設(shè)計(jì)，提出優(yōu)化建議（分型面、冷卻、澆口、拔模、材料節(jié)約、外觀等），并基于CAD/CAM結(jié)果驗(yàn)證可制造性。
3. Tool manufacture follow-up & supplier management
? Create and maintain tooling schedules, perform regular follow-ups with internal toolroom and external toolmakers, ensure tooling manufacturing quality, tolerance control and on-time delivery.
? 制定并維護(hù)模具制造進(jìn)度表，定期跟進(jìn)內(nèi)外協(xié)模具廠，確保制造質(zhì)量、公差控制及交付期滿足要求。
4. Mould verification, trial & problem resolution
? Lead first-off trials (FOT), production acceptance tests (SAT) and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ as applicable). Diagnose molding issues (flash, short shots, warpage, blemishes) and implement corrective actions until customer acceptance.
? 主導(dǎo)試模（FOT）、生產(chǎn)接收（SAT）及驗(yàn)證工作（IQ/OQ/PQ），診斷注塑問(wèn)題并推動(dòng)糾正措施，直至客戶接受。
5. Tool transfer, handover & maintenance planning
? Manage tooling transfer and acceptance processes, complete tooling identification and handover documentation, and generate preventive maintenance plans with shop/maintenance teams.
? 負(fù)責(zé)模具移轉(zhuǎn)接收與交接，填寫(xiě)模具識(shí)別及交接文件，并與模房/維護(hù)組制定預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃。
6. Change control & lifecycle management
? Initiate/evaluate tooling changes, assess technical/cost/schedule impacts, obtain approvals (including written customer approval if changes affect form/function), and manage lifecycle improvements and repairs.
? 發(fā)起或評(píng)估模具變更，評(píng)估技術(shù)/成本/進(jìn)度影響；若影響產(chǎn)品外觀/功能須取得客戶書(shū)面確認(rèn)；負(fù)責(zé)模具全生命周期的改進(jìn)與維修管理。
7. Documentation & quality records
? Ensure complete documentation: 3D/2D product drawings, DPR minutes, tooling spec, trial reports, inspection records and QA dossiers in accordance with company QMS and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO13485).
? 確保文檔完整：產(chǎn)品3D/2D圖、DPR記錄、模具規(guī)格、試模/檢驗(yàn)記錄及QA文件，符合公司質(zhì)量管理體系和法規(guī)要求（如ISO13485）。
8. Continuous improvement & risk management
? Apply FMEA and other risk tools for mould/process risks; propose reliability and productivity improvements (cycle time, scrap reduction, tool life extension).
? 應(yīng)用FMEA等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)工具識(shí)別模具/工藝風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提出可靠性和效率改進(jìn)方案（縮短周期、降低報(bào)廢、延長(zhǎng)模具壽命）。
Qualifications / 任職資格
? Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Tooling, Plastics Engineering or related field.
? 學(xué)歷：機(jī)械工程、模具、塑料工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上。
? Experience: Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in mould engineering for precision injection; experience in medical device moulds or high-cosmetic/critical parts preferred. Full lifecycle experience from development to mass production is required.
? 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：至少5年精密注塑模具工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有醫(yī)療器械模具或高外觀/關(guān)鍵件經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。需具備從開(kāi)發(fā)到量產(chǎn)的完整項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written) for technical communication with customers and suppliers.
? 語(yǔ)言：具備良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)與口語(yǔ)能力以應(yīng)對(duì)客戶/供應(yīng)商溝通。
Technical Skills & Competencies / 技能與能力
? CAD/CAM: Proficient with 3D/2D CAD ( NX/UG, Creo) and able to review tooling drawings and tolerances.
? 模具設(shè)計(jì)軟件：熟練掌握3D/2D CAD（UG/ NX, Creo），能審核模具圖紙與公差。
? Moldflow & DFM: Experience with moldflow analysis and design-for-manufacturability assessments.
? 模流與制造性評(píng)估：具備模流分析與可制造性評(píng)審經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? Quality & Regulatory: Familiar with ISO13485, GMP, (risk management) and relevant inspection standards; experience with FMEA and PPAP/VDA processes advantageous.
? 質(zhì)量與法規(guī)：熟悉ISO13485、GMP；熟練應(yīng)用FMEA，了解PPAP/VDA流程者優(yōu)先。
? Metrology & Validation: Able to define inspection plans, interpret measurement data and lead DQ/IQ/OQ activities.
? 計(jì)量與驗(yàn)證：能制定檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃、解讀測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)并主導(dǎo)IQ/OQ/PQ活動(dòng)。
? Strong communication, supplier management, problem-solving, project management and ability to work under pressure.
? 具備良好溝通、供應(yīng)商管理、問(wèn)題分析與項(xiàng)目推動(dòng)能力，抗壓能力強(qiáng)。
